This means that our associate will not be credited for a load until it is completed to the
customer's satisfaction. This provides an incentive for our employees to work quickly and
safely. As a result, your productivity is maximized.
By contracting with USA you will eliminate the need to hire street lumpers or use your
own staff to unload/load trucks.
USA on-site professional manager is there to meet your business needs. This manager works
along side your management in order to help produce the team atmosphere. He
is responsible to supervise the unloading/loading process from start to finish.
USA has developed a system for tracking dock activities. At the end of each week the
warehouse management will receive a weekly report tracking number of pieces, number of
pallets, vendors, start/finish times, etc. This report can be tailored to your individual
warehouse.
